Reauthorizes escalating funding for a youth prevention and recovery initiative. This bill would amend the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act to authorize five years of funding for the youth prevention and recovery initiative with authorized amounts of $10 million for fiscal year 2026, $12 million for fiscal year 2027, $13 million for fiscal year 2028, $14 million for fiscal year 2029, and $15 million for fiscal year 2030. These figures are authorizations for future appropriations and the bill would not create new programs beyond reauthorizing the existing initiative.
