Treasury's Collateral Forms Get a Routine Tune-Up for Banks

## Summary

The Treasury Department wants to keep collecting info from banks that hold and protect government money using special forms. They’re asking for public feedback by July 14, 2025, to make sure the process stays smooth and not too time-consuming. This affects about 15 businesses and takes about 30 minutes each to complete, with no new costs or big changes planned.

## Abstract

The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Currently the Bureau of the Fiscal Service within the Department of the Treasury is soliciting comments concerning the Collateral Security Resolution and Collateral Pledge and Security Agreement.
