Treasury's Bond Guardian Form Helps Manage Assets for Incapacitated Owners

## Summary

The Treasury wants to keep collecting info from people who apply to be voluntary guardians for folks who can’t manage their U.S. Savings Bonds or Notes. Currently the Bureau of the Fiscal Service within the Department of the Treasury is soliciting comments concerning the Application by Voluntary Guardian of Incapacitated Owner of United States Savings Bonds or Savings Notes.
