Federal Vaccine Injury Program Publishes Its Latest Petition List

## Summary

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program just shared a fresh list of petitions from people claiming vaccine-related injuries. If you or someone you know got hurt by certain childhood vaccines, this program helps you seek compensation without blame. The Court of Federal Claims reviews these petitions, and HRSA handles the process—so keep an eye out if you’re involved or interested!

## Abstract

HRSA is publishing this notice of petitions received under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (the Program), as required by the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, as amended. While the Secretary of HHS is named as the respondent in all proceedings brought by the filing of petitions for compensation under the Program, the United States Court of Federal Claims is charged by statute with responsibility for considering and acting upon the petitions.
