- Lower fee when you take liquidity: benefit, low. If you trade stocks priced below $1.00 on 24X and you remove liquidity, the fee for that execution falls from 0.28% of total dollar value to 0.15% of total dollar value. This change is effective October 14, 2025.
- Higher rebate when you add displayed liquidity: benefit, low. If you add displayed liquidity in stocks priced below $1.00 on 24X, the rebate for that execution increases from 0.075% of total dollar value to 0.15% of total dollar value. This change is effective October 14, 2025.
- No net capture now; pricing may change later: benefit, medium. For stocks under $1.00, 24X will pay the same rebate (0.15%) as the fee it charges for removing liquidity (0.15%), so the Exchange will have no net capture on those transactions while this pricing is in effect. The Exchange says it may modify its pricing later after it gains participation.
