## Effects PRIA read

- Join Alaska Civil Rights Zoom Meetings: benefit, low. The Alaska Advisory Committee will hold public Zoom business meetings on June 22, July 6, July 22, and August 3, 2026 at the listed Alaska Standard Times. You can join via the provided Zoom links or phone webinar IDs to listen and, as time allows, speak during the open comment period.
- Phone Call Charges for Wireless Callers: cost, low. If you join the meetings by phone, callers who use wireless lines may incur regular charges according to their wireless plan; the Commission will not refund those charges. Calls made over land-line connections to the listed toll-free number will incur no charge.
- Accommodations and Closed Captioning Available: benefit, low. Closed captioning is available in the Zoom meeting by selecting 'CC', and you can request additional accommodations by emailing Angelica Trevino at least 10 business days before the meeting. These options help people with disabilities access the meetings.
- Submit Written Comments Within 30 Days: benefit, low. Members of the public may submit written comments about the meeting; comments must be received within 30 days following the meeting and emailed to the Designated Federal Officer, Kayla Fajota. This gives the public a formal way to record views after each meeting date.
- Attendance Listed in Public Meeting Minutes: cost, low. Public minutes of the meeting will include a list of persons who are present at the meeting, so attendees' participation will be part of the public record. Records will be available via the Commission's file-sharing link and the FACA database.
