## Abstract

The DoD has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

## Effects PRIA read

- Online tools to find military housing: benefit, medium. The Navy operates web tools (HOMES.mil and HEAT) to help service members and their families find and request housing assistance. The collection supports home-finding services and helps manage military housing programs as required by law.
- Property owners can list rentals publicly: benefit, low. Property owners may voluntarily provide rental property information to HOMES.mil to create a centralized inventory for service members seeking community housing. The platform is intended to match rental listings with service members seeking housing.
- Feedback system for privatized housing: benefit, low. Active-duty service members and their dependents can submit feedback through the DoD Housing Feedback System (DHFS) about privatized military housing to promote transparency and accountability with housing providers.
- Time burden to provide housing data: cost, low. The notice estimates about 12,469 respondents and 54,433 annual responses with an average burden per response of 20 minutes for HOMES.mil (10,491 respondents), 10 minutes for HEAT (1,938 respondents), and 10 minutes for DHFS (40 respondents), totaling 17,815 annual burden hours.
