State Departments of Transportation (52 respondents, including Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico) must continue to submit the Transportation Performance Management Biennial Report every two years using the online Performance Management Form (PMF). - Public comment deadline set: benefit, low. Members of the public and stakeholders may submit comments on this information collection; comments must be received by December 7, 2026.
