Vietnamese Shrimp Sellers Face Another Routine Antidumping Review

## Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce found that some Vietnamese shrimp sellers sold frozen warmwater shrimp at unfairly low prices from February 2024 to January 2025. Because of this, 29 exporters will face special trade rules to keep things fair. These changes take effect starting November 6, 2026, and could impact prices and duties on shrimp imports from Vietnam.

## Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Additionally, Commerce determines that 29 exporters are eligible for separate rates.
