## Summary

United States-Turkey Free Trade Promotion Act of 2015 This bill directs the United States Trade Representative to initiate negotiations to enter into a bilateral free trade agreement with Turkey that, among other things, promotes the export and import of natural resources, including coal, between the two countries.
