## Summary

Veterans Flexibility of Annuities for Income Relief Act of 2018 or the Veterans FAIR Act of 2018 This bill expands the circumstances under which an individual may opt out of the Survivor Benefits Plan for veterans, including by extending the opt-out window from one year to six years.
