## Summary

American Coronavirus/COVID-19 Election Safety and Security Act or the ACCESS Act This bill requires states and jurisdictions to establish contingency plans to enable individuals to vote in federal elections during emergencies, expands vote-by-mail and early-in person voting, expands online and same-day voter registration, and provides certain accommodations to voters residing on Indian lands.
