## Summary

**Requires the Small Business Administration to produce annual cybersecurity and supply-chain risk reports, with special focus on IT from firms based in the People’s Republic of China.** The law sets deadlines and content rules so Congress gets a regular strategy, incident accounting, and a plan to manage foreign-made IT risks. - SBA: Must file the first annual report within 180 days and then annually. Each report must include an IT security strategy, a supply chain risk-management strategy with an implementation plan that addresses foreign-manufactured equipment and specific mitigation for components whose principal place of business is in the PRC, plus a record of recent incidents and actions taken. - Congress: Four named congressional committees receive the annual reports and a separate, detailed account of PRC-manufactured SBA IT within one year, increasing oversight and visibility into SBA IT risk. - Suppliers and vendors: SBA must, to the greatest extent practicable, identify IT assets manufactured by entities based in the PRC and provide a detailed inventory to those committees within one year.
