## Summary

**Ties veterans' and survivors' compensation to the Social Security cost-of-living increase.** This law raises disability compensation, additional payments for dependents, the clothing allowance, and dependency and indemnity compensation for surviving spouses and children by the same percentage as Social Security's COLA.
