It must analyze business models from precursor purchase or production through manufacture, marketing, distribution, sales, and return of proceeds. The study will examine overlaps with human trafficking, the use of online illicit drug markets and social media for marketing, sale, and payment, and financial methods such as payment systems, money laundering, and repatriation.
