## Summary

**Fixes a technical numbering error in the Controlled Substances Act's definitions.** This law realigns Section 102 by redesignating paragraph (58) as (59), redesignating the second paragraph labeled (57) as (58), and moving paragraphs (57)–(59) left two ems to correct internal cross-references. The change does not alter the substance of any definitional text, including the definition of "serious drug felony", and it does not change offenses, penalties, enforcement, or program authorities.
