## Summary

**Remove criminal immunity for federal officers.** This bill would amend the Constitution to end criminal immunity for U.S. officers and to bar a President from pardoning themself. - Applies to presidents, the vice president, members of Congress, and other federal officers. They could be criminally prosecuted for violations of valid Federal or State law unless the act was authorized by valid Federal law. - Bars presidential self‑pardons. The President could not grant a reprieve or pardon to themself for offenses against the United States. - Makes the amendment self‑executing and gives Congress power to pass laws that help implement it. The amendment would become part of the Constitution once proposed by two‑thirds of both Houses and ratified by three‑fourths of the state legislatures.
