## Summary

**Would prohibit Members of Congress from signing nondisclosure agreements to obtain information about planning or developing data centers.** It would bar use of federal funds to implement or enforce those NDAs, require the House Committee on Ethics and the Senate Select Committee on Ethics to issue rules to carry out the ban, and relies on the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 for the definition of "data center".
