## Summary

**Protects local control over data-center siting on non-Federal land.** This bill would bar any head of a federal agency from overriding, bypassing, or displacing state or local land-use, zoning, siting, or permitting authority for data centers on non-Federal land. It would also prohibit conditioning receipt of federal funds on a state or local government relinquishing or limiting that authority. The policy would apply across all federal agencies and to all data centers on non-Federal land.
