**This bill would create a process to obtain and install a statue honoring Roberto Clemente Walker in the U.S. Capitol or on the Capitol Grounds.** The Joint Committee on the Library would have up to two years to arrange acquisition and to pick an artist, with required outreach to the Puerto Rican community and other underrepresented groups.
