## Summary

**This bill would create a HUD-VASH National Pool Pilot Program to** **recapture and reallocate underused HUD-VASH vouchers** so more veterans who are homeless or at risk can get housing help. - Veterans: Veterans who are homeless or at risk would get access to vouchers reallocated from public housing agencies that HUD finds are "chronically underutilized."
