## Summary

**Renames and federally charters the Reserve Officers Association of the United States as the Reserve Organization of America (ROA).** The bill would create the ROA as a perpetual federal corporation organized to support U.S. military policy, set membership and governing rules by its constitution, require annual meetings and recordkeeping, and give the group exclusive rights to its name and symbols. It would bar for-profit activity, stock issuance, political contributions, and member distributions, and update federal references to the new name.
