## Summary

**Creates a public inventory of Spanish-language SBA resources.** This bill would require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to deliver a publicly posted report within 180 days that catalogs Spanish-language websites, application materials, guidance, outreach and customer service resources and describes partner offerings. The Administrator would also brief the House and Senate small business committees within 30 days after the report is submitted. - Spanish-speaking small business owners would gain a single, searchable account of where to find help and data on how these resources are used and where demand is concentrated. - SBA resource partners, including Small Business Development Centers, Women’s Business Centers, SCORE chapters, and Veteran Business Outreach Centers, would be listed and described so their Spanish-language services are easier to find. - Congress and the public would get transparent information on expenditures, operational considerations, and administration-focused recommendations to guide future oversight and policy choices.
