## Summary

**This bill would expand AmeriCorps educational award eligibility to recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).** It would amend the National and Community Service Act of 1990 to add DACA recipients to the list of people eligible for AmeriCorps educational awards and to specify that the Title IV limits of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 do not bar that eligibility.
