## Summary

**Creates a centralized dashboard** to monitor and report military construction activity for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) facilities. The dashboard would integrate with financial tools and display facility details, equipment replacement values, project funding and trends across all military departments. - Gives service planners a single view of RDT&E facility data across departments. The dashboard would show location, manager, building age, size, condition, mission dependency, and programmed civil engineering projects with their values. - Requires tracking of Equipment Replacement Value for non-real property test equipment using Real Property Unique Identifiers or an approved equivalent. It must also track unfunded facility requirements and summarize laboratory real property and non-real property metrics. - Would require a USD(R&E) recommendation three years after enactment on whether to continue the tool and a notice to Congress shortly after the dashboard becomes operational. The authority to operate the dashboard would end in 2030.
