## Summary

**Expands NCMEC disclosures to include the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security for screening and vetting.** The SCREEN Act of 2026 would amend 18 U.S.C. § 2258A(g)(3) to authorize those two departments to receive information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and it reorganizes the subparagraph lettering in that provision.
