## Summary

**Creates a federal requirement that Medicaid non-emergency transportation and applied behavior analysis services be tracked by an electronic verification system.** The bill would use the existing electronic visit verification model, take effect for services on or after January 1, 2027, and preserve state systems that already require electronic verification. - States: States would have to require an electronic verification system for Medicaid NET and ABA services furnished under a state plan or waiver starting January 1, 2027. - Compliance: If the Secretary finds a state out of compliance the state must be notified and submit a corrective action plan within 90 days. The state must achieve compliance within one year after that notification. - Providers: Non-emergency transportation and applied behavior analysis providers would be subject to electronic verification rules modeled on current electronic visit verification for home health and personal care. - Beneficiaries and billing: Medicaid NET and ABA services would be electronically verified which changes how those services are documented for claims and oversight.
