## Summary

**Expands what Byrne JAG grant money can buy to include fentanyl testing kits and opioid reversal agents.** This bill would let jurisdictions that receive Byrne JAG funds use existing grant dollars to purchase those supplies, helping law enforcement and public safety programs access testing tools and overdose-reversal medication.
