## Summary

**Adds a federal route to move and dismiss certain lawsuits against gun manufacturers and sellers.** It amends the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act by allowing manufacturers, sellers, or trade associations to remove qualifying state civil actions to federal district court and seek dismissal. - Manufacturers, sellers, and trade associations can remove state-court civil actions they label as "qualified civil liability actions" to the federal district and division where the case sits and ask for dismissal. - Plaintiffs who file state-law suits may have their cases shifted to federal court and face dismissal if the district court finds the suit qualifies under PLCAA. - District courts are given explicit authority to decide whether a removed action is a qualified civil liability action and to dismiss it; those cases can be taken out of state court.
