## Summary

**Bars entry and allows removal of foreign officials who censor Americans.** The No Censors on our Shores Act of 2025 adds new immigration grounds that make a foreign government official inadmissible or deportable if they, while serving as an official, were responsible for or directly carried out any act against a United States citizen located in the United States that would violate the First Amendment if committed by a U.S. official. - Foreign government officials: Officials who, at any time while serving their government, carried out or were responsible for acts against a U.S. citizen in the United States that would violate the First Amendment can be denied entry and can be removed under the Immigration and Nationality Act. - U.S. citizens targeted by censorship: The law is designed to bar admission and require removal of foreign officials who suppress or censor American speech aimed at U.S. citizens located in the United States. - Immigration system: The measure adds these new grounds to existing inadmissibility and deportability rules and relies on current Immigration and Nationality Act procedures without creating new funding or programs.
