## Summary

**Expanding voter registration and participation through federal agencies and national voter infrastructure.** This bill would require agencies to add registration services to public-facing programs, modernize Vote.gov for accessibility and multilingual use, and coordinate interagency plans with specific deadlines. - It tasks agency heads, the Office of Management and Budget, and digital service teams to integrate voter registration into agency channels, coordinate improvements, and deliver a consolidated strategic plan within 200 days. Vote.gov must meet sections 504 and 508 accessibility standards and be translated into every language spoken by a language minority group, while the National Institute of Standards and Technology identifies barriers for voters with disabilities within 270 days. - The Department of Defense must give active-duty members annual chances to register, update registration, or request absentee ballots, explore online systems, and set up a ballot tracking system with postal partners. Agencies with staff abroad must name voter service coordinators. - Corrections and reentry measures require the Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Marshals Service to provide voter materials and reentry ID assistance, and probation services must offer voter education. Nongovernmental organizations may provide voter registration and information at naturalization ceremonies. - The Domestic Policy Council leads an Interagency Steering Group on Native American Voting Rights to consult Tribal Nations and publish a public report with recommendations within one year, with Department of the Interior support and a sunset after the report is released.
