## Summary

**single online change-of-address form**. This bill would create a GSA-run pilot so people can use one authenticated online submission to notify multiple federal agencies of a mailing or residential address change and get confirmation from each agency. - Individuals: The form would require identity verification through the federal single sign-on platform and be free to use. Use would be voluntary and agencies would confirm receipt to the user. - Agencies: The IRS, Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, and USPS, plus any other agency that signs an agreement, would have to update address records they receive unless fraud is suspected and would mail notice to the old address. New agencies must give 60 days' public notice before they first receive notifications. - Operations, limits, and oversight: The Administrator may not charge or keep extra data and agencies must reimburse the Administrator for their share of costs. The Comptroller General must report within 3 years on usage, fraud, costs, savings, and expansion potential, and the pilot authority ends after 5 years.
