## Summary

**Creates a new federal safe harbor to let health providers offer certain food and nutrition services without triggering the federal anti-kickback law.** The safe harbor would cover pantry stocking, medically tailored groceries and meals, transportation to get food, medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education and counseling, in-kind vouchers, and other interventions the Secretary designates.
