## Summary

**Move the Bureau of Land Management headquarters to Grand Junction, Colorado.** It would also require the Secretary of the Interior to study the feasibility of relocating additional BLM positions to Grand Junction or to another western State and to submit that report to the House Committee on Natural Resources and the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources within 1 year. - BLM employees: Would keep all BLM positions already stationed in Grand Junction in place and require a study of moving more jobs to Grand Junction or other specified western States. - Western communities: The study would examine whether relocating positions strengthens local economies, tourism, conservation, and outdoor recreation in Grand Junction and other western States. - Land management and use: The study would assess whether moving positions improves management of federal lands, coordination with local communities, grazing, and responsible energy production.
