## Summary

**Aligns Medicare Part D coinsurance with actual acquisition cost (net price).** This bill would require coinsurance for covered Part D drugs to be calculated using the drug's actual acquisition cost rather than the wholesale acquisition cost for plan years beginning January 1, 2026. It applies only where the AAC is lower than the WAC and only to formulary drugs that are subject to coinsurance.
