## Summary

**Removes the gray wolf (Canis lupus) from the Endangered Species Act list.** The bill would direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue the November 3, 2020 final rule that removed the gray wolf within 60 days and would prohibit judicial review of that reissuance.
