## Summary

**Limits interstate river basin commissions from regulating hydraulic fracturing.** The DRILL Now Act would stop three interstate river basin commissions from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing any regulation on hydraulic fracturing unless the rule’s authority comes from the state where it will be applied. - The Susquehanna, Delaware, and Potomac basin commissions would be barred from adopting or enforcing fracking rules issued under any authority other than the affected State. - State governments would retain exclusive control over hydraulic fracturing regulation inside their borders for these river basins. - Energy companies and local communities in the basins would face only state-level fracking rules rather than basin-wide commission regulations.
