## Summary

**Would allow VA clinicians to recommend medical marijuana to veterans who live in States with marijuana programs.** It would let the Secretary of Veterans Affairs authorize physicians and other VA health care providers to give recommendations and opinions and to complete forms that reflect those recommendations for veterans in States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions, and federally recognized Indian Tribes.
