## Summary

**Ban on EPA's use of IRIS assessments.** This bill would prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from using any assessment produced by its Integrated Risk Information System for rulemaking, enforcement, permitting, or to inform air-toxics assessments and other mapping or screening tools. It would override any other law or regulation that would let the agency use IRIS information.
