## Summary

**Repeal of the DOGE Executive Order that created the U.S. DOGE Service and its temporary organization.** This bill would rescind the January 20, 2025 Executive Order that set up the U.S. DOGE Service (USDS) and the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization (USDSTO) and cites congressional findings that those entities operated beyond their legal authorities and organizational purposes. - Federal employees: Would respond to findings that USDSTO gained access to Office of Personnel Management personnel files, locked employees out of computer systems, and sent buyout offers, raising privacy and job-security concerns for Federal workers. - Federal agencies and payments: Would target reported USDSTO actions such as freezing payments to agencies, taking control of the Treasury Bureau of Fiscal Services payments system and its data, and attempting to terminate agencies or programs without congressional approval. - Public information and health data: Calls out reports that public health information was removed from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Food and Drug Administration websites, highlighting risks to public-facing government data. - Oversight and ethics: Emphasizes concerns that the entities were led by Elon Musk without evident formal appointment or required disclosures and that many statutory and constitutional requirements may have been violated.
