## Summary

**Targets forced organ harvesting in the People’s Republic of China with targeted sanctions and international pressure.** The Act directs the U.S. to avoid transplant cooperation with the PRC, push allies and institutions to isolate perpetrators, and force public accounting for transplant practices. - People found to have knowingly engaged in or facilitated involuntary organ harvesting are subject to asset-blocking sanctions and U.S. visa bans, with immediate revocation of existing visas. Congress must submit an initial list within 180 days, update it within 1 year, and then update it annually. - The President can issue case-by-case waivers for vital national security reasons and must report waiver use every 120 days until the authority ends.
