## Summary

**Exempts certain collocation and modification projects of personal wireless service facilities from NEPA and NHPA review.** The bill would remove federal environmental and historic-preservation review requirements for qualifying antenna mounts or equipment modifications that are subject to Federal Communications Commission jurisdiction.
