## Summary

**Clear labeling for mailed solicitations.** This bill would make mail that asks the addressee to order goods or services nonmailable unless it bears a conspicuous, legible notice such as "This is a solicitation" or a Postal Service‑prescribed equivalent. The Postal Service would set the design rules for that notice and would dispose of mailpieces that fail to comply. The requirement would not apply to materials described in subsection (d) of section 3001.
