## Summary

**Creates a formal partnership between the Small Business Administration and the National Council on Disability to expand employment and entrepreneurship for people with disabilities.** The bill would direct the SBA Administrator, in consultation with the NCD Chair, to provide help for would-be entrepreneurs with disabilities, connect job-seeking people with disabilities to small businesses, and assist small employers in addressing accessibility issues. - People with disabilities would get targeted assistance to start businesses, pursue self-employment, or find work at small firms. - Small business owners would receive help hiring individuals with disabilities and resolving accessibility barriers that affect employees and customers. - The SBA must formalize the collaboration through memoranda of understanding with the NCD, conduct outreach and education, and report to Congress within two years on activities, achievements, and plans to expand these pathways. - The Act authorizes no additional funds, so activities would rely on existing SBA resources.
