## Summary

**Online portals for Form 299 filings.** This bill would require the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture to set up web portals within one year to accept, process, and dispose of Form 299s for communications use authorizations on public lands and National Forest System land. Each Secretary would notify the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information within three business days after creating a portal, and that Assistant Secretary would post links to the portals on the NTIA website.
