## Summary

**Weekly public posting of Board of Veterans' Appeals docket dates.** This bill would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to publish, each week, the docket dates of cases assigned to each Board member on the Department's website. - Veterans and families would see when an appeal reaches a Board member, making it easier to track timing and follow up with lawyers or service officers. - Veterans service organizations and attorneys would get routine, predictable listings to help prioritize caseloads and prepare filings or hearings. - Journalists, researchers, and the public would gain regular data points to monitor assignment patterns and transparency at the Board. - The requirement would not apply to cases advanced under subsection (b) or to cases remanded by the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
