## Summary

**Creates a new federal stalking offense for using an unauthorized geotracking device to determine or track a person's position or movement.** It amends 18 U.S.C. §2261A to add that conduct and to define terms: a "geotracking device" is an electronic or mechanical device that permits remotely determining or tracking position and movement, and "unauthorized" means the person being tracked has not consented or has revoked consent.
