## Summary

**Pays Border Patrol agents and CBP field officers during a 2025 government funding lapse.** The bill would authorize an FY2025 appropriation, drawn from Treasury funds not otherwise appropriated, to cover salaries and related expenses for Border Patrol agents and Office of Field Operations officers who are required to work instead of being furloughed during any lapse in discretionary appropriations that begins on or after enactment.
