## Summary

**Strengthen U.S. food security by assessing and reducing dependence on agricultural inputs vulnerable to manipulation by the People's Republic of China (PRC).** This bill would require the Secretary of Agriculture to produce an annual, detailed assessment of U.S. reliance on critical farm inputs and to recommend steps to cut that reliance.
