## Summary

**Congressional Gold Medal honoring Red Cross "Donut Dollies" who served in the Vietnam conflict.** This bill would authorize Congress to present a gold medal to members of the Red Cross Supplemental Recreational Activities Overseas program, direct the Secretary of the Treasury to strike the medal, and place the medal with the Smithsonian for display and research. It directs the United States Mint to expedite production and allows sale of bronze duplicates to cover costs with proceeds deposited into the Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
